Dear Brian,Thanks for your email. Our Joomla version is 3.7 and MySQL was forced to update to 8.0 from server supplier. The plugin named Route 66 was tried to install directly from admin page. Now I cannot login Joomla’s admin page either. Could you please suggest the solution to fix this in details?
Thank you so much in advance.Rose

What was the plugin you installed?
What version of Joomla are you using?

You have obviously tried to install an extension that is not compatible with your exceedingly old, insecure and unsupported version of Joomla. This site is only for development of new features and solving bugs in supported versions of Joomla. Instead you should go to https://forum.joomla.org and seek help there.
