Steps to reproduce the issue

Discovered the issue in com_contact, but it is maybe present in other forms where showon and useglobal are combined in a field.
Go to Contacts -> Options

Set "Contact Information" to "Show", new fields appears

Save and close.
Now create a new contact, in the tab "Display" you will see that "Contact Information" is set to "Use Global (Show)", but the with showon associated fields are not displayed

You need to set the field to "Show" to see the other fields

Showon fields are displayed

Actual result

Showon fields are not displayed
