Summary of Changes
Appveyor somehow messed up their images and MySQL 5.7 seems to not be available anymore. So we are raising the version to test against in Windows to 8.0. Since we are testing against MySQL 5.7 on Unix, we should be fine to only test againt 8.0 on Windows.
