[#42148] - CodeMirror is unreadable in dark mode.

The css for CodeMirror needs dark mode specified now that the admin template has a dark mode. When in dark mode on Atum the background stays white, but the text goes light gray, rendering it unreadable. The quick fix is to make the joomla-editor-codemirror element transparent in dark mode.
