Summary of Changes

Fix PrivacyConsent::getPrivacyItemId() invalid call to getTag() on app

Testing Instructions

Looks complex to reproduce, we need to find the com_privacy menu item with multilingual environment and enabled associations. Anyway, the code error is clear in IDE.
