Testing Instructions

Check frontend and backend. There shouldn't be anymore SCSS compilation errors, but there shouldn't be any noticeable difference looking at their changelog before and after

@laoneo can you please update 4.4 to latest bootstrap as discussed in maintainers an code this pr afterwards?

Bootstrap will be updated by #41829 in 4.4. So closing.
