Steps to reproduce the issue
i have another problem with jhtmlhelper, it's case sensitive now or at least the registry needs a lowercase key which was not needed with BC plugin I think...
Htmlhelper::_('Number.bytes'') doesn't work

I can confirm that in j4 it is not case sensitive and in j5 it is case sensitive
