how is this different to https://github.com/joomla/joomla-cms/graphs/contributors
- That page doesn't list ALL the people contributed code to the project
- It's common practice for many OSS to express gratitude by listing the INSIDE the readme.md
before or after any sponsors eg: https://github.com/rollup/rollup#contributors
