Steps to reproduce the issue
Text-muted, for example in Cassiopeia details has low colour contrast, so is not AA not WCAG 2.
This issue is known in bootstrap since many yeas but was never resolved.
Expected result
Also muted text has sufficient color contrast.

The text-muted in Joomla is a11y if the background is white ( #fff) - in my template the background had a very light colour which caused a warning. Closing as it is completed.
