Steps to reproduce the issue

When user clicks the "Forgot your password" link, I've noticed on the backend of Joomla, that the activated field becomes unchecked. If the user then remembers their password, and therefore, does not click the link in the joomla-sent email to change the password, and then logs in with the remembered password (they can login), but the Activated field remains unchecked.

Expected result

I'm not sure what to expect, just seems wrong that the activated field remains unchecked.

Actual result

The activated field remains unchecked

System information (as much as possible)

Noticed this in Joomla 4.3.3, and before.
