Steps to reproduce the issue
Create a child template of cassiopeia
Open the new child in the template manager
Expected result
Actual result
Additional comments
The physical folder in /media/templates/site/cassiopeia_check are created
The difference is that in 4.3 empty folders are not being displayed in the template manager

Deleted my last comment. After closing and reopening the child template same result like in J!4.3.

I could not reproduce the issue - the child template was created including the media directories - PHP 8.1
