Steps to reproduce the issue
Not sure why it happens, but 50% of email notifications not contained email and login.
So, I'm getting email with title
Account Details for {NAME} at {SITENAME}
And the text of emails:
Hello administrator,
A new user '{NAME}', username '{USERNAME}', has registered at {SITEURL}.

We would need a bit more information from you. On which version are you right now? Do you have third party extensions installed which might interfer with the registration process? Did you modify the mail template for registrations?
Considering that this issue is over 2 years old, the issue should be closed in 2 weeks if no response till then.
