Summary of Changes
A change in the inheritance of the module layouts:
If a module layout is se to a given template AND there is a child OF THAT template AND there is an override then use it.
Testing Instructions
Follow the issue, basically create a child of cassiopeia and copy the overrides of the mod_menu from cassiopeia to the child tmpl.
