Steps to reproduce the issue
Execute command
php /var/www/html/cli/joomla.php extension:install --path=xxx.zip
When install has error, or install template, not translated tag.
Expected result
The template default style name, will be set to name - Default
Actual result
The default style name set to JLIB_INSTALLER_DEFAULT_STYLE
System information (as much as possible)
Joomla 4.2.2
PHP 8.0.23

Same result with 4.3.0-alpha1 on PHP 8.1.13.

Did you also test with current version 4.2.5 or better: current nightly build? Just to be sure that this issue hasn't been fixed already.
