Nice try. But Joomla project is PHP based. You embed Django app on Python in to Joomla template.
This is not going to work.
Please describe what you trying to achieve more detailed.
For now I close it.

I think this pull request is a mistake. It adds a lot of files from a child template or copied template „Cassiopeia 2“. Can it be you committed it to the wrong repository? If I am right please close it, otherwise give it at least a meaningful title and description.
