Steps to reproduce the issue
I go to edit an user account, for example administrator/index.php?option=com_users&view=user&layout=edit&id=451
I save and I have an error
Expected result
Save confirm
Actual result
"Call to undefined method Joomla\CMS\Application\AdministratorApplication::isAdmin()"

You have a plugin installed on your site that is not compatible with Joomla 4 as it is using some code that was deprecated many years ago and has now been removed.
If you follow the advice in this video you will be able to locate which plugin is the problem. Then you can either remove it, upgrade it or even follow the instructions to fix it.
