All links someone puts in the main menu or even read more links are all broken links. Issue only occurred after upgrade from 4.1.5. Link is correct is Joomla admin panel, but isn't being given correct links on the front end.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Have menu links or read more links for featured articles. In this example (using the built in site map is index.php?option=com_content&view=categories&id=0 for viewing all categories in an article category tree)

Expected result

should be taken the the link above and see the list

Actual result

instead, taken to a 404 page from a different link

System information (as much as possible)

CloudLinux
LiteSpeed web server
PHP 8.1.6
Cloudflare also in use (issue persists when disabled as well)

Additional comments

Attempted to rebuild menu links and issue persisted.

For example, with my sitemap being at index.php?option=com_content&view=categories&id=0, Joomla is not sending me there. Instead it is sending me to /alias-for-site-map.html.

Same for article read more links, instead of the correct link, it is sending me to /site-map-alias/category-alias/article-alias.html

Reinstalled core files, issue persisted. Unpublished and republished articles and menu items, issue persisted.

If I prepend index.php in front of those, then it works as expected.
