Renovatebot marked 2 dependency updates as erroring in the dependency dashboard and so I've done those manually in this PR. This updates vue and karma-verbose-reporter. I also ran npm audit fix, which updates the packages got and terser.

I have tested this item ✅ successfully on ccc6b81

Ran 'npm ci' and build was successful. Checked through Joomla and no errors found.
