1. Go to the admin of a clean site with no sample data etc
2. Click on Users
3. Click on Manage
4. Click on Options
5. Set Allow User Registration to Yes
6. Click on Save & Close
7. Open the front end of the site
8. Click on Create an account
Is this just a missing string or is it something more?

It is crazy that 4.2 will be launching with a major new feature and the first impression for a user will be less than optimal.
This really should be a release blocker

@brianteeman Thanks for the heads-up, this got out of sight, but I agree, this must be fixed before release. I am working on it. Also confirmed this language string is missing.

Repeating the exact same steps with joomla 4.1.5 shows that this is new to joomla 4.2
