I've added info from JC tracker to this PR.
However I think it's a misunderstanding in how it works. The dropdown isn't ordered by id, it's ordered by the nesting (
lft
column). If you apply this patch and order by title, you will get a big mess there.Closing because it makes the dropdown worse.
