Issue
A list option similar to - select value - is currently truncated to - select value when built using JHtmlSelect::options (like in JHtmlSelect::genericlist or the list formfield).

Simplest test would be to have a look at the article manager search tools. The "- Select Status" should be "- Select Status -". The other dropdowns of course similar.
