[#37891] - Joomla 4 update fails on windows, if directory contains spaces

The function cleanPath (InputFilter.php) returns an empty path on Windows, if path to tmp directory contains spaces.
This could be solved by adding the space character to the $windowsPattern variable

System information (as much as possible)

Windows 10, Joomla4, PHP 8.1.2
