[#3774] - [bug] Can't Hide Page Title

Try to hide page title on Joomla 3.3.1, But it does not works.
Tried from : Menu manager => page display item => and set Show Page Heading No.
Tried from: Article Manager => Global Options => Show Title No.
Individual article use Global option.
But It don't hide page title :(
Please take a look.
Yep, I tried it on "protostar".
Do you have any other components or plugins installed?
Yep, t3v3 was installed.
Uninstall all components or plugins added after a Joomla! standard installation, then try to recreate the bug.
