This PR was made spontaneously during another issue investigation - here are Test instructions:
Open an article in backend for editing. Activate source code (this icon "<>"). The code is highlighted, there are line numbers and buttons below the input field.
Go to systems - manage - extensions - plugins - open tinyMCE editor.
There is a parmeter "source code highlight" - set it to "off"
Before patch: If you now open an article and the source code window (icon "<>") the code ist stil highlighted.
After patch: If you open an article and the source code window (icon "<>") the code not highlighted but plain code.
