See tracker concerning the issue with Tiny width. The issue comes from the fact that they corrected an error:
The height and width parameters did NOT anymore concern pop-ups but the editor <div itself in version 4
But the width parameter was never used in their code.
As we define by default a width of 750 in our xml, we lose the automatic width in the span9 class in 4.0.28, thus the issue with the right column (parameter field).
We have to be as much B/C as possible.
I completed my patch by:
1. Changing the default width in the xml to none
2. Checking if the width is still set as 750 in the tiny parameter and changing it to none in this case
3. Changing the tip value for the 2 lang strings
