Summary of Changes
Adds the ability to quickly create a single contact menu item directly from the contact. (exactly the same as you can already do with an article.

I've added back previous human test results in the issue tracker since the commits which have invalidated the tests just were code style changes and a clean branch update (of course I've reviewed that).
So the PR is still RTC.
