Steps to reproduce the issue

Upload a largish image to Media in Joomla 4 admin
Click the ... and then pencil to get to the edit page
You are now on the crop tab
Select an aspect ratio (note no form field panel - bug 1)
Select 2:3 note a nice portrait blue outline where we are about to crop to.
Click Save
NOTE:

• The image is now cropped to 2:3 aspect
• The blue outline has REVERTED to a landscape
• The aspect select box is still showing 2:3
  Click Save again
  NOTE:
• the image has been cropped but to the landscape "unknown" aspect.
• the image has been cropped NOT AT THE 2:3 in the select box that was selected

Expected result

Once saving the blue outline retains the selected aspect ratio as selected in the dropdown

Actual result

Explained above.

Bonus bug

After you has done above and 2:3 is still selected - keep pressing SAVE and note the image is being cropped (and therefore zooming in) by a few pixels on every save

You can replicate this by editing any image and just keep clicking save - its unrelated to the 2:3 aspect bug above.
