Steps to reproduce the issue

Install Joomla 4.0.0.
Go to Joomla Update component, wait the pre-update checks

Expected result

"Extensions Pre-Update Check" ends the tests and let me able to update Joomla 4.0.0 to 4.0.1

Actual result

Message: Warning, Pre-Update checks have not been completed yet - please wait.

I receive a Console Error too and the "Extensions Pre-Update Check" never ends to "spin" (waited 10 minutes).

System information (as much as possible)

Additional comments

It's a "vanilla" installation with Blog Demo data installed.
Forcing the update, everything works fine.
