[#35324] - [4.0] Bring Back the Ability to Print Article Directly

As the title says, I have personally loved that ability to print articles directly as it comes out much cleaner than Control-P or Command-P for getting a printout of an article.

Ok let me put it this way. Its 2021. I doubt this feature will ever "return" to Joomla core after being specifically removed as a feature.
