Steps to reproduce the issue
Download Joomla 4 and upload to your server
Go to http://example.com/installation/index.php?task=installation.removeFolder&format=json
Get GIVEN a token - very handy, thanks Joomla
Go to http://example.com/installation/index.php?task=installation.removeFolder&format=json&[TOKEN]=1
Installation folder now deleted.
Not sure if this is "a real issue" or not, and my morning coffee has not kicked in yet, it just seems too easy...
