Steps to reproduce the issue
Provide a password which is too short.
Expected result
Error message (instantly not after pressing install)
Actual result
mysql error message
System information (as much as possible)
4.0-rc4
Additional comments
After providing a longer password the installation finished.

@shahkushal38 you don't need to ASK for doing anything in joomla. But good you asked ;) I would expect that the language string already exists and is only missing in the template.

This bad behaviour was resolved quite some time ago when a password strengthmeter was added.
You now get feedback that the super user password is too short etc immediately.
