[#3453] - [fix] Update docblocks in system test pages

All the Pages in System tests have wrong Docblock in class, see this example: https://github.com/joomla/joomla-cms/blob/staging/tests/system/webdriver/Pages/Components/BannerEditPage.php#L17
We need to update them.
