Steps to reproduce the issue
Login to Joomla 4 admin -> User Menu (top bar) Edit Accessibility -> enable all 4 items and save
Visit Post Installation Messages

ok - its 1.5999994278px bigger.. Im getting old and I cannot see the difference in a 1.6px font resize apparently.
It increased from 12.800000190734863px to 14.399999618530273px
is that enough?
