[#33928] - [4.0] margin bottom mobile buttons

A previous PR added a margin-bottom of .25 to all buttons when cassiopeia viewed at mobile sizes
This resulted in an issue with any input-group button such as a password - see screenshot
This PR keeps the margin-bottom on regular buttons but removes it on input-group button
To test its easiest with the sample data installed.
Check that the buttons on the typography page still have a margin
Check that the buttons on the edit profile page do not have a margin on the password and token fields

Runtime Exception is gone, but no test result can be send.
