The purpose of the pull request is to remove the MooTools dependencies from administrator/components folder. @brianteeman I also noticed there are some additional files. I will send a clean PR with only the edited files during the weekend

I'm not sure what the purpose of this Pull Request is as you didnt give a description. But there are definitely files in there that I'm sure you didnt mean to include.
