Steps to reproduce the issue

Go to Control Panel -- Menus -- Manage (panel on the right). Click on any of the modules.

In the modal window for editing the module, select the Menu Assignment tab, then the value "only on selected pages". Note that the normal list style is used.

In addition, there are arrows next to the elements: on the left - stylized (working), on the right - normal (not working - does not respond to a click). I think the arrows on the right need to be removed.
