Why do we need a Learn More button? Surely this is just a rabbit hole likely to lead the new user astray. A click on the Add your first article button should be a good enough place to start. There is the Help button at the top right.
Because the WHOLE POINT is Empty State Design.
A useful empty state will let the user know what’s happening, why it’s happening, and what to do about it

Does it need MORE explanation on some pages HELL YES! It needs to be proportional to the page though. Thats the point.
