Steps to reproduce the issue
Install Joomla 4 on a host that requires the use of the FTP Layer.
Store your FTP credentials in Joomla Global Config (Note that the password is masked using the special widget)
Navigate to System -> Update Joomla -> Upload & Update tab
right click and inspect the FTP Password field
Expected result
No visible password.
Actual result
FTP Password in plain text in the value of the textbox

Following the projects decision to remove the FTP Layer from Joomla 4 - this can now be closed.
