Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Download latest release or even J4B7.
2. Setup MySQL DB.
3. GO through installation - finishes ok and all appears fine
4. Create Category and Article assigned to Category
5. Go to Users and generate Token
6. Go to Postman set token as Bearer Token and base path to point to local installation
7. create GET request to {{base_path}}/api/index.php/v1/content/article from the official collection
8. Send request
