there also another error when Chosen.js not available,
would be good check whether Chosen available before call resetChosen(), or inside this method

Tested, but I'm experiencing a javascript error after applying the patch.
I experience the error following these steps: 1. Open modal 2. Add extra field 3. Cancel 4. Open modal 5. Add extra field
The error message: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'getElementsByTagName' of undefined - repeatable.js:1
