View any File select field - there is one in Templates / Customise / New File

Actual result
The text 'Browse' is almost the same colour as the background.

This is the nightly build from 2021-01-24 that includes Bootstrap 5.!

This is the second time I have been caught out by the Github Issue Title field being so indistinctive that I assumed the inactive submit button meant I did not have permission to submit issues. My fault!
