Steps to reproduce the issue

Create A NEW article in Joomla 4 admin (Note that this ONLY happens before the article is first saved. )
Look at the category picker

Expected result

The x is redundant if the selected item is Uncategorised.

Actual result

The x is shown in the select box regardless of the item shown and clicking it forces a slow full page refresh with joomla throbber.

If the selected category is already "Uncategorised" then it makes no sense for the x to show.
