FOLDER.'was changed to 'PLEASE REMEMBER TO COMPLETELY REMOVE THE
'joomla/installation' FOLDER.'

This is not correct and is ONLY correct if you have installed Joomla in a subdirectory of your web hosting account called Joomla which some stupid hosting account installation scripts do
I personally felt confused when I first installed joomla by this warning message. It should be reworded.
I agree with @Bakual and @brianteeman
The location of the installation folder is always relative to the root of the Joomla installation, therefore the current wording is accurate.
If the message was PLEASE REMEMBER TO COMPLETELY REMOVE THE 'installation'
FOLDER, it would've been a bit more cool!
