Steps to reproduce the issue
Install Joomla 4 Beta 5 Beta full package or Beta 6 Nightly full package or Beta 6 Nightly update package
Select 'Always' when asked to submit user data
Expected result
No error message
Actual result
Immediately receive this message:
RuntimeException: Could not send site statistics to remote server: Invalid data submission.
and also on subsequent times logging into admin
System information (as much as possible)
Windows 10 Pro,
PHP 7.3.24
Linux server
10.3.25-MariaDB-log-cll-lve

It was my computer. Seems it's a problem with Microsoft Visual C++ x64 version. Running the repair option sorted it out.
