From German forum: A site with x00 users.
Whenever a privacy consent of one of these users has expired all Super Users with setting "Receive System Emails" are receiving a private message "Privacy consent has expired for %1$s."
And are receiving an email when "mail_on_new" is activated in com_messages.
Describe the solution you'd like
A switch in plugin plg_system_privacyconsent to disable/enable this private message behavior.
Additional context
A user will be informed about expired consents when trying to login. Isn't that sufficient?
