Can any one tell me, why checked_out and checked_out_time is in the filter_fields?
As far as I can see, there is nowhere to sort by this parameter. At least in com_contact it is not necessary, is it?

If the text isn't necessary, it just confuses
Proposed solution
Delete checked_out and checked_out_time is in the filter_fields
