I get this error daily. I am editing the IP or I delete the entry form the table blockedip but the next day I find the same error and a new line in the table with the hosting provider IP... What i should do?

You are right I did not mention the extension, it is Brute Force Stop, I also use Aceeba backup as a third party extension.
There is nothing in the core of joomla that will do this. It must be an extension that you are using. Please seek support either at the extension provider and/or https://forum.joomla.org
