Steps to reproduce the issue
Go to Help -> Joomla Help in the Administrator menu. Scroll down to Smart Search and click.
Expected result
Some obvious action.
Actual result
No obvious action.
System information (as much as possible)
Firefox and Chrome on Mac OSX
Additional comments
The scroll box with the Help content has changed but it is out of site. After selecting a Help item the page needs to scroll to top.

Also the Help box itself needs to scroll to top. After looking at a long page and selecting another short page the new page may be out of sight. Add onload="scroll(0,0)" to the iframe spec.
