Change link to google
The current link is https://www.google.com/recaptcha which google has now redirected to promote their v3 captcha project which Joomla does not support.
This is confusing for users.
When linked clicked it goes to something helpful - like https://www.google.com/recaptcha/admin where a user can actually "get a site and secret key for your domain" like the preceding text of the help states.
https://www.google.com/recaptcha redirects to unhelpful https://www.google.com/recaptcha/intro/v3.html

Think like a user not a developer.
Sending them to a login page is simply wrong. A % of them will even try to login with their joomla username and password
so you want to send them to a page full of developer integration documentation? ... #facepalm

The reCatcha plugin has this wording: To use this for new account registration, go to Options in the User Manager and select CAPTCHA - reCAPTCHA as the CAPTCHA but that is missing from the Invisible reCaptcha plugin. Is that significant? Either way, I think it should say After entering key data here, go to.... Also, the link does lead to a Google login page or the Google Administrator page if logged in. The link in the Help page is to the Developers Guide: https://developers.google.com/recaptcha/intro
I have changed the Help screen text to comply with the intended usage.
In the months this sat unmerged, Google have updated their website again and links that point to https://www.google.com/recaptcha/ are now redirected by google to https://www.google.com/recaptcha/about/ which now promotes their new reCAPTCHA Enterprise
service, and provides a compares table of v2 and v3 against it.
Therefore there is no need for this PR any longer.
Another PR "could" be made to replace https://www.google.com/recaptcha/ with https://www.google.com/recaptcha/about/ ut I cannot be bothered, especially as google have already redirected it themselves.
