Steps to reproduce the issue

Joomla 4 ON A SSL URL - login as admin and go to your account using the menu link top right

Click W3C Web Authentication (WebAuthn) Login Tab

Click Add New Authenticator - Touch your first hardware key

Click Remove

Expected result

Authenticator just added, is removed, page stays on W3C Web Authentication (WebAuthn) Login Tab

Actual result

Page redirects to User Manager list of users
Authenticator just added is not removed

System information (as much as possible)

Google Chrome on Mac
No console.log errors.
